Referrals to Benesse Care are accepted from approved professionals, including Local Authority representatives and social workers. Initial enquiries should be directed to Pauline Goodall, who will be the main point of contact throughout the referral process.
Upon receipt of referral information, our team undertakes a comprehensive, trauma-informed review of all available documentation. We work collaboratively with the referrer to gain a clear understanding of the young person’s individual needs, circumstances, and support requirements.
Our priority is to ensure that every placement is appropriate, safe, and able to meet the needs of the young person within our service. Where a placement is deemed suitable, we develop a bespoke, outcome-focused care plan designed to promote stability, wellbeing, and positive long-term outcomes.
